On your 'My journey' we have added the 'bumpf' we think is useful or lifesaving, maybe thought-provoking or even funny .... but if you disagree...
You can simply remove our 'bumpf' or move it to look at another day / week / month or year!

We have joined with Mama Academy, a charity committed to making pregnancy safer, adding info to ensure that you get help when it is needed.
We have added key 'bumpf' Articles to 'My Journey' such as growth info, bits to think about, surprizing things, new words, and some interesting / fun bits!
You can delve even deeper or just delete them!

But we all love our comforts ... so we have of course curated some very useful (and, we think, sometimes fun) lists and linked this to some useful 'bumpf'.

We have also added fun prompts, things you might not think to jot down.... but will be really interesting one day!
Or you can ignore them.... as your journey is unique some might not be relevant to you.
