Pancake Day Ready?

How many courses?

It's a mega treat when I remember to buy in some bacon or have some cheese and mushrooms so Pancake day can entail of three courses:

1. Savoury (bacon, although sweet once maple syrup is added!).

2. Fruit & squirty Cream - pudding #1

3. Lemon and sugar - pudding #2, no pancake day is complete with out it!
